The Hub is an independent registered charity, governed by a volunteer Board, managed by a small team of paid staff and supported by a dedicated group of volunteers. Working to (or underpinned by) community development principles, our community-driven model enables us to deliver inclusive programs, activities, and vital support services.

We are largely self-funded, relying on program and participant fees, room hire, grants, donations, some government funding, and the generous support of our community.

We lease the building from the Mornington Peninsula Shire who plays a valuable role in providing maintenance and the essential services that help keep the Hub safe and welcoming for everyone.
